Conservation Commission Meeting

The Conservation Commission will have a presentation by Kate Buttolph frm Mass. Audubon along with Nicole Marcotte, Audubon Conservation Restriction Stewardship Specialist.

The purpose is to discuss and review the possibility of the Hampden Conservation Commission acquiring and holding the Conservation Restriction on land containing the entirety of a 64 +/- acre parcel of land located at 119 Chapin Rd. This will ensure permanent protection of aquatic resources and upland buffers on the Premises and to provide compensatory mitigation in accordance with the 2008 Federal Mitigation Rule.The Conservation Values protected by this Conservation Restriction include:
