Conservation Commission Meeting

The October 19th meeting will be on zoom as well as in person in the Town House Auditorium. At this time we have three projects coming before us:
1. 374 Wilbraham Rd. This is a proposed building lot to the right of the home. An RDA has been filed.
2. Continuation for Lot# 20 Stafford Rd. An RDA has been filed for clearing one acre of this lot. A site inspection was held September 28, 2022.
3. Continuation for Glendale Development LLC. Anticipated discussion of Tighe and Bond review of Final ANRAD, with changes made per Tighe and Bond initial review. The public will
be notified if this final review will not be ready for the meeting.
