Overview
The Scantic Valley Water District has sixteen (16) active water services, provide drinking water to thirteen (13) homes, including the Laughing Brook property at 783 Main Street, the Town Highway Garage, the Hampden Town House and the Hampden Fire Station. The SVWD is a registered community based Public Water System in the Commonwealth and is regulated by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
