PVPC Age and Dementia Friendly Pioneer Valley Community Survey

Help Hampden and the region become a great place to grow old by taking the Age and Dementia Friendly Pioneer Valley Community Survey. The results of this survey will be used to develop action plans at the regional and community levels. See below for the online link to the survey. Hard copies of the survey are available at the Hampden Senior Center and the Hampden Public Library. All survey respondents will be eligible for a gift card drawing.
