Public Information Meeting

There will be a Public Information Meeting held on February 25, 2019 at 7 p.m. to discuss the potential use of a District Improvement Financing (DIF) Zone as an economic development tool along the Allen Street and Wilbraham Road section of town to facilitate a potential future water/sewer project in that area.  The meeting will include a discussion of what a DIF Program is and how it works, a basic explanation of the project as it is currently contemplated and an opportunity to ask questions of Jeff Daley, who is the representative of the business group spearheading the proposed project.  Mr. Daley is the principal officer of CJC Development Advisors, LLC who has broad experience using this type of economic development tool in several communitiies in Western Mass.  Please attend if your schedules allow.  This meeting will be held at the Bethlehem Church, 123 Allen Street Hampden, Ma.
